At Cozy Gleaux, each candle is hand-poured with intention, care, and quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We accept returns or exchanges for product(s) damaged in transit or if there was an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or store credit if eligible.
